Return Process

  Log into your Clinikally account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, hygiene seals, and labels are intact and attached.

  Ship Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop off the parcel at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the garment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
